Longitudinal flat feet - A deformation of the foot resulting from a lowering of the arch that occurs on the inside of the foot. One of the most common causes of this disease are, among others: prolonged load on the feet, incorrect distribution of the load on the foot, incorrect gait, wearing the wrong footwear or jumping on a hard surface. Flat feet can significantly reduce fitness and cause your legs to fatigue more quickly, and may result in painful deformities. The consequence of untreated flat feet may be ailments related to the knees, hips or spine. It manifests itself through pain in the metatarsal area, sometimes reaching the calf, sometimes leading to chronic inflammation of the ligaments and joints.

The orthopedic insoles we make effectively inhibit the process of flat feet deepening, protect the foot, and endure foot pain. The design of the insert is designed so that it also dynamically (when using the insoles) affects the muscles of the foot, supporting the process of shaping the proper arch.
